Second-Generation (2G) 1000BT Gigabit

The second generation (2G) HD/IP™ Transmitter/Receivers use a patented process to send visually lossless 1080p video across a 1000BT Network identical to a direct HDMI® cable connection. In addition, 2G models now feature 2-way RS232 communication capabilities for powerful system control of individual source and display functions.

The 2G Rackmount Transmitter adds Status LEDs to the front and back of the unit. The rackmount ears included give the option of mounting the unit in a number of ways. Giving you the flexibility to choose whether to mount the unit in the front or back of a rack and alter the position of the power and network ports.
